WHAT WE DO
The Centre of Wholeness is a pilot program sponsored by Food For Your Soul Ministries. We are building generational legacies of living life healed and in wholeness. Our innovation is to effectively intertwin several culturally affirming and responsive healing practices, peer-to-peer support, the art of cookery (the preparation and sharing of foods), storytelling/narrative medicine writing as pathways to help participants navigate through the processes of healing the soul, trauma, identity, and spiritual wounds, and increase life's physical and social aspects.

The Centre of Wholeness vision is to heal the soul, address trauma, and nurture identity and spiritual growth.
Our mission is wholeness for all and advancing a network of culturally reflective and faith-based peer-to-peer support specialists within the behavioral and mental health workforce, and faith-based community organizations.

FEES
Our consultations, education, integrated care intervention, and connectivity opportunities are offered as affordable fee-for services fees and may at times have a limited number of sponsored services. Fees are outlined on every service agreements, membership, and pre-paid order applications.
MEET OUR FOUNDER
Clarene Marie White, MS, APCC, CRC
Clarene is a Black woman and a Kingdom-based entrepreneur who
leads the Centre of Wholeness, developing learning pathways and enhancing access to faith and mental health peer navigators in the mental and behavioral health sector. She is dedicated to fostering a holistic approach, assisting others in overcoming challenges related to identity, grief, trauma and emotional wounds while addressing societal issues such as racism and social injustice. With 38 years of experience in consultations, program development, and community engagement, she imparts her knowledge and wisdom drawn from her lived experiences, faith and successful navigation of societal barriers, combined with her academic and professional training in tackling injustices and stigma. Clarene holds an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (A-PCC) license and several professional certifications, including National Rehabilitation Consultant Counselor and Peer-to-Peer Specialist.
WHAT IS LIVING IN WHOLENESS?
Living in wholeness is possible for individuals of all ages and stages in life. It goes beyond mere wellness; it involves recognizing, integrating, and healing every aspect of one's being—soul, body, mind, and spirit. This journey fosters self-awareness, self-love, and self-regulation. By prioritizing wholeness, we cultivate inner connectedness, a strong sense of identity, and peace within ourselves and our relationships, enabling us to lead a balanced and meaningful life.
PROGRAMS & SERVICES
Our programs and services aim to highlight the intersectionality of historical cultural and faith-based healing practices, peer support, food as medicine, and narrative medicine, combined with psychosocial and practical life education. Through various options such as fee-for-service, membership, contracts, and ticketed events, we provide integrative interventions, peer support, educational courses, motivational speaking workshops, social inclusion events, and wholesome specialty foods in the San Joaquin Central Valley and beyond.

The Wholeness Accelerator and Association, where we offer five comprehensive modules aimed at empowering individuals through peer-to-peer preparation, education, externships, support groups, and community engagement. We are dedicated to ensuring culturally responsive and faith-based peers serve as essential resources to behavioral and mental health providers, faith-based organizations, and employee wellness programs. Cook'n Up Excellence Cookery & Eatery
Experience is through engagement with the Cookery Healing Arts Therapy Support (CHATS), Tableside CHATS', and Personal Chef services promoting the art of Cookery -preparing food, preservation of cultural healing practices, fostering self-love and mindfulness, connection with family memories and cultural roots, and achieving a sense of personal growth, and wholeness.

What are the populations that you serve?FFYSM services focus is Black and African Americans, Women, and Veterans and their families, those individuals serving others in the Healing Arts fields, professions, and ministries, or who are Peers Support Specialist. Am I eligible to participant if I reside in a state outside of California ?Yes, our virtual services are accessible globally. Our in-person services are predominantly delivered in California in neighborhoods Fresno, Clovis, Sanger, Lemoore, and Stockton.

Are any of the Center of Wholeness services considered professional therapyNone of the Centre of Wholeness services are intended to replace licensed treatment and prescribed medications when needed. Our services serves as a prevention education, intergrative intervention, and support resources so that participants might develop tools to help them achieve healing, personal development and live in wholeness Christ. I have read and understand this release.

Are Sponsorship Contribustion tax deductible ?Yes, Sponsorhip contribution are made to Food For Your Soul Mnistries (FFYSM) our sponsoring agency recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt and charitable organization.

What are your Fees?Each service, membership, prepaid fee are discussed and outlined on each participant's service agreement and preorder invoice.
